OnPoint is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its members and governed by a Board of Directors. Directors are members themselves, and represent the interests of the entire membership and determine the strategic direction of the Credit Union.

Interested OnPoint members can apply to serve on the Board of Directors and positively impact OnPoint’s future. The deadline for the 2019 Director election cycle has passed. Applications received after 5:00 pm PDT, Friday, September 28, 2018 will be considered for the Board election in March 2020. The online application, along with reference materials detailing the requirements, experience and education necessary to be an effective Board member, are available on the “Director Application” tab.

The OnPoint Nominating Committee (Craig Brown, Jeanne Enders, Keith Morris, Siva Narendra, Ph.D., Keith Thomajan and Payton Wayne) will review applications completed prior to the September 28, 2018 deadline in its work to propose a slate of candidates to appear on the March 2019 ballot. Members will next be invited to vote to elect new Directors to fill vacant positions in March 2019.
